Elisabeth Cardiello

A lifelong New Yorker who was likely the only six year old with her own business cards, Elisabeth Cardiello has a history of making magic happen. With her first product on shelves as a teenager, even while gaining corporate experience at Credit Suisse and a $3 billion alternative asset management firm, she found herself constantly pursing entrepreneurial endeavors. It was this desire for creativity and making an impact that eventually led to her exit from corporate life. Founder and CEO of Caffè Unimatic, Inc.  a vintage coffee venture with roots in both Brooklyn and Italy and an awe-inspiring story dating back half a century, Elisabeth’s rare percolators and line of coffee are changing the way the beverage is roasted, brewed and consumed (and she couldn’t imagine having more fun)! Elisabeth is also Co-founder of Legacy Out Loud  a global initiative founded to refocus the foundational conversations that give young women the confidence to think and act entrepreneurially, reverse engineer their careers and become the leaders of their generation. She is also Managing Director of the London arm of Infrastructure Group, where she is focused on innovation, intrapreneurship and development consulting.

Maia Wojcik


Prior to launching FTF, Maia was the Vice President and Global Talent Scout at Karen Harvey Consulting Group, where she partnered with brands to support their creative evolution and business growth — working directly with executive teams to place top creative leaders at brands like Kate Spade, Coach, Michael Kors, Tiffany & Co., Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, The Row, and Edun.  Maia is passionate about studying emerging brands and businesses across fashion, retail and technology. This, coupled with her entrepreneurial acumen, helped fuel the initial idea behind FTF: the need for top talent from fashion, retail, technology and the investment communities to better connect and collaborate. She helped conceptualize and launch FTF alongside Karen Harvey.
